No licence required, including a briefing: full-speed across the bay, either alone or with a co-pilot on the aircraft.

Hammamet Bay seen from above, with no engine and no fear of heights: just the wind and the view.
Seen from above, the Gulf of Hammamet takes on a completely different appearance: you can make out the shades of blue, the curve of the beach stretching towards the medina and, on a clear day, the Cap Bon in the distance. Parasailing is the only way to enjoy this view, and it requires no physical fitness.
Contrary to what you might expect, the experience is surprisingly gentle: no falling, no jolts, no dizziness, as you have no contact with the ground. What passengers mention most often when they return... is the silence once you're up there.
You'll be fitted with your harness at the base, then board the tow boat. Take-off is a gradual process from the rear platform: the boat accelerates, the wing inflates and you rise gently to a height of around fifty metres. There's no manoeuvring required, everything is controlled from the boat.
The flight lasts around ten minutes, either solo or in tandem, the preferred option for couples and parents with children. The landing is just as smooth, back on the platform. Just make sure you're wearing a T-shirt: if you'd like, the pilot can take you so low that your feet just skim the water before climbing back up.

Far less than you might think. The ascent is gradual and smooth, and the lack of any points of reference on the ground eliminates any feeling of vertigo. This is the activity we recommend for the more cautious among you who still want to enjoy the view.
8 years old when flying in tandem with an adult, 12 years old when flying solo. There is a maximum total weight limit per flight for safety reasons: please let us know your dimensions when booking.
No, unless you ask for it: take-off and landing take place on dry land on the boat's deck. Dipping your feet in the water at the end of the flight is an option, not a requirement.
Parachuting is the activity at the base that is most affected by the wind. If conditions are not favourable, we will offer you another slot later in the day or a full refund.
